Refund Policy

At Go Mandarin, we are committed to delivering exceptional learning experiences and value to all of our customers. Because each of our programs and offerings is unique, our refund policies are program-specific.

For live events, workshops, or Mandarin bootcamps, we offer a full money-back guarantee provided the student attends the first full day of the event. If, after attending the first day, the student feels the program is not a good fit, they may request a full refund before participating in the second day. Refunds will not be issued prior to the event or after the event has concluded. If a student is unable to attend, they may request a credit equal to the value of their purchase, which can be applied toward future Go Mandarin programs, courses, or private coaching sessions.

Our premium programs, such as the "Fluent in 90 Days" Intensive or "One-on-One Coaching," are non-refundable due to the high-touch, personalized nature of the training and limited enrollment spots. These programs require a consultation call before enrollment to ensure alignment and readiness. Once a spot is secured, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

For self-paced programs like "Mandarin Mastery Academy" or "Mandarin for Business," we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. Students must email our support team at [support@gomandarin.com] within 14 days of purchase to initiate the refund process. Requests made outside of this window will not be honored.

Online challenges, flash workshops, or pop-up intensives that are priced under $50 are non-refundable unless otherwise stated during the checkout process. These events are designed for rapid implementation and value delivery, and all sales are final once purchased.

In all cases, refund requests must be made via email to [support@gomandarin.com]. Requests submitted via other platforms (social media, DM, text, or chat) will not be recognized until officially raised through email. We may require a brief conversation with a team member before the refund is processed to understand your experience and help us improve.

We reserve the right to issue a full refund at our discretion in situations where we determine a program may not be a good fit or where we believe the client would not benefit from continuing.
